Single rabbit near West 14th Avenue

It's been out in the front yard of this shared home for at least the last two days. Whenever I've seen the small, black-furred bunny, it's been on the left side (if you're facing the home) of the front lawn/in the bushes in that area. It doesn't appear distressed, but it's a very odd place for a bunny, making me worry that it's an escaped domestic bunny. I've left it a carrot and water, just in case. Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure if it's wild or domestic, but it seems like a weird place for a wild bunny! It's quite small and black-furred. Appears healthy. Worried it's escaped its home or was abandoned.
