This is a little bit of unused land squished between industrial buildings and parking and the river. People often walk their dogs here off-leash.

Appearance

I often see one black bunny browsing on the plants. On one occasion I saw two black bunnies at the same time, and another time one black and one light brown, so there are at least three in this area.
