Notes

A neighbor 2 doors down has pet rabbits that they let run the neighborhood. A baby got in my yard and my dogs killed it. An adult got in my yard yesterday but was able to run it off before I let my dogs out. They cross the street at times. One in always in my yard eating whatever and peeing and pooping. The neighbor seems not to care about these pets. What can be done?
