Small group of rabbits near Crown Street

Hello, I first saw a black rabbit in front of this house at the corner of 16th and Crown Street on my way to work at UBC. When I went back it was a few houses down with a larger brown rabbit. Then I saw it with 5 babies close to the basketball courts at Lord Byng school. I saw some of the babies in the bushes at the side of the building.

Appearance

Smallish and black. At first I thought it was an adolescent, but I think it's a female as it has babies. I don't know if it's domestic or feral. It has a mate, brown and larger, and I saw 5 small black baby rabbits. They all look healthy and happy. I have no idea if they are wild or abandoned. The parents hop away when you go close. I didn't approach the babies as they were further away and I didn't want to disturb the family.
