Single rabbit near Ross Street

There is an abandoned pet rabbit in my neighbourhood. I’ve seen it this morning and yesterday morning on my walks with my dog. It’s been on the grass next to 4390 Ross st, the grassy area is parallel to east 28th avenue. It hides under a black sedan on 28th. It’s small and black. In 4 years I’ve never seen any rabbits before in this neighbourhood and my dog and I walk extensively 3 times a day so I can only surmise that someone has abandoned their pet.
