The building is 603 West 8th Avenue where the mostly black bunny with white markings was seen twice at 3:30pm and 5:30pm

Looks young, small/medium size. I don’t know if it’s wild or domesticated..not sure what the category is. But I have never seen a bunny here. It would not come to me or the other person. It was eating grass both times … It hops back on the bushes/flower beds
