Small group of rabbits near Tsawwassen Mills

There are four rabbits running around Tsawwassen mills parking for about a month now. I work at the mall and had recently called the spca hoping they’d allow me to take them in a foster until I could find them a home, as I’ve rescued and rehomed animals for about 5 years now. But to my surprise they wouldn’t allow me to take them in. I check in on them and drop off veg and once and awhile but I believe one or two may have died now as I can’t seem to find them anymore. They had a sign beside their little bush they were living in but it has since been taken down. It just hurts my heart to see them running around a parking lot around cars and nearly get hit. I can send photos if needed . I’m Just hoping to eventually get them out of there as they are clearly abandoned domestic buns .
