Single rabbit near Northeast Andresen Road

Grassy lot at approximately 2300 NE Andresen Rd, we have seen the domestic rabbit in the area north of Starbucks in the grassy lot since approx April 1, also in strret adjacent landscaping in front of Starbucks. Brown and white. There is also a pair of nesting kildeer using the lot. The crows hassle rabbit and kildeer. The rabbit does not look unhealthy, but I don’t have any experience with rabbits.
