Notes

They have been rescued and put in a temporary enclosure for the night. A little shy, but they tolerate being pet, held, and fed by hand. They were obviously pets and recently dumped. The lot is across the street from my house. I left for an errand and came back home to see them eating grass and trying to hide in the shade. I approached them with a carrier with water and veggies and scooped them up easily. Luckily, I have a friend that lives on a pasture that has pet rabbits of her own and is willing to take them in with a spare hutch of hers. I found this website and am posting this in case this ever happens again. Hopefully not.
