Single rabbit near Westminster Hwy

Notes

I work at Richmond Hospital (Gilbert Road and Westminster Highway). There is a tiny black bunny that is eating grass along Westminster Highway. I chased it away so it wouldn't hop into traffic, and it's now under a dumpster. I can take someone to the exact spot.
