Single rabbit near Richmond

it was on granville road & number three intersection bin the bushes behind the bus stop on rhe side where TD bank is. It was light brown with some white & look liked a baby or adolescent age. it let me pet it gently & was too friendly to be wild or feral. so probably abandonned
