Appearance
One was large white and tan spotted. I know at that size it is a specific breed, but I can't recall. The other I noticed after taking the photo and it is partially concealed in the photo, but appears to be solid grey and slightly smaller.

I called the SPCA and they basically laughed at me. I dropped my dog at home and went back with a cat carrier and they were no where in site.
