Sighting near York Crescent

General

Location

7113 York Crescent Kent, British Columbia V0M 1A4 Canada

Notes

This is my house. The rabbit appeared about 10 days ago in my backyard. I think it's living under the garden shed. I'm worried about it as I have two dogs that will chase it if they see it and are forever circling the shed in order to get at it. This is a fenced backyard, other than my two dogs, it's relatively safe and is enjoying my garden.

Date Sighted

Rabbits

1 domestic rabbit

Appearance

black and white, straight ears, very small tail (white). Looks to be approximately 5 pounds?

Flags

Feral

Notes

so far appears to be healthy and safe, but worried about what will happen if my dogs get a hold of it. My dogs are not left outside alone, but now I'm scouring the yard first and scooting the rabbit if I see it before I let them out. Don't think this is good for the rabbit.
