(Edgewater Park); roaming grassy area adjacent to unit 26 and parking area in front of units 27 - 30+.

Appearance
youngish (?, not baby-baby, anyhow), tall ears, brownish-grey (heathered, kind of) with a little bit of white under throat, and, I think, a white tail. Neighbour's attached pic doesn't reflect the white as much as I remember, so now wondering if there are two similarly coloured rabbits?!
Notes
Doesn't seem terribly timid (as in, people walking up to it, not scooting off; even a neighbour walking dog - dog didn't bark, rabbit just continued eating), but seems to know enough to stay away from cars - so far! Hwr, lots of cars in area so that is a concern, as well as resident eagles and other birds (crows, pigeons, etc nesting nearby), coyotes (near dyke).
