Pair of rabbits near Patterson Road

Hello, So in the worst place to possibly live are two baby rabbits. they are literally steps away from highway 99 at the foot of the oak bridge. They don't seem to have any parents, just two really small rabbits running around at night. I live in the neighborhood and we do see some cats and coyotes time to time. They seem to be getting tamer towards cars and people do, which makes me really worry. Please refer to the link i provided, there are photos and a video. They just showed up one day, I don't think they are wild... because i've never seen rabbits in this area before. and they have no parents, its just two baby bunnies running around and they seem to be very tame. Maybe rabbits that ran away? they don't even seem to be that scared of cars which makes me really worry.
