Small group of rabbits near Sevier Avenue
Photos
Location
512 Sevier Avenue Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 37863 United States
Notes
Two rabbits (one black, one white) have been abandoned by a family living in apartments nearby, I've seen these rabbits for a couple of weeks, I asked a neighbor about them and he said a family had let them go and that we could have them, we don't want them but I don't want them to suffer as it's going to get really cold in the next few weeks, they do have plenty of grass to eat and places to shelter and I've put a bowl of water out for them. They seem happy enough but timid.

Notes
They look OK and have been cared for up to now but they've been let loose. There's a vacant lot that they're hanging around in, they have grass, shelter and I've been putting water out for them. They are timid, we've tried to get close to them and they run off. I haven't been able to talk to the owner so I don't know the full circumstances, there's a lot of children in these apartments so I don't know if they were let out to play and they just can't get them back but I was told they'd been let go and we could have them if we could catch them. That will be the problem, catching them. They may be OK like this but winter is coming. There are may be other people in the apartments looking out for them.
